If you wish to make a private appointment with Dr. Harper we use Venmo. Please fill out the information at the bottom of this page. Dr. Harper will bill in 30 minute increments costing 100 dollars per 30 minutes. If this is a hardship please get in touch with us and we will se what we can do to help you.
