Clean Air

I am a firm believer in clean air, water and food. I strongly suggest changing furnace filters at least every month to three months depending on what the filter looks like. It is also important to have the duct work cleaned at least once. Having your furnace cleaned periodically is also important especially the squirrel cage fan. If you can add a UV light to your furnace it will also help to minimize the amount of microbes in the circulating air.
